	CRAZY LADY - Drunk woman explains why she can't "connect"...
	CRAZY MAN - ...and a not-so-drunk man explains why his Mac is necessary for world security!
	CRYING - I actually feel sorry for this woman who lost her paper, but that's what backups are for, right?
	DOMAIN - ... name does not exist? Quack? (must be a Mac user)
	DON'T KNOW - At least this guy admits when he doesn't know what he's doing.
	DRUNK - This is a typical TS call from a frat house during a night of partying. Bet the computer wasn't the only thing wasted...
	EXCUSE ME? - Short questions, but I guarantee you'll play it more than once, just to make sure you got it.
	JACK SMITH - This one's a Jerky Boys wannabe; still a funny call, definitely not real... I mean, who still uses Claris Works? ;-)
	MAKE BACKUPS - ...especially before you send a computer in for repair!
	MONEYBACK - Maybe it's best to give this guy a refund?
	PORN - ... yep...
	SCREAMER - They always know more than you do...and don't dare talk down to them.
	SCREAMING LADY - ...death threats do not a happy technician make!
	TECHNOLOGY - Can't figure out these cotton-pickin' things...
	UNHAPPY - You think he is?
	WANTED - I sense a new career in law-enforcement - the do-it-yourself kind - or the start of a new relationship!
